Can I feed Hoffmans Horse Minerals with a prepared feed that has selenium?
The selenium in most prepared feeds would not be a problem, as the amount is usually not high enough to cause a problem.( however, always check). The bigger problem is that when you mix Hoffman’s Horse Minerals with other prepared feed, it throws the balance of the Hoffman’s Minerals off and you won’t get the highest results that you could get from the minerals.
