Can i feed my leopard gecko and my bearded dragon live crickets?

I know on the leopard gecko that he does eat live crickets, but there is also other things that he will eat, making the live crickets not necessary. You could just give them as treats. I checked into getting the gecko and didn’t want to keep the crickets either.
