When frozen, the emulsion will break, separation will occur, and all the king's horses and all the king's men, well, you know the rest. As a matter of fact, if at any time, you find that the product has separated, it is almost invariably due to the product getting too cold at some point. Many refrigerators have places in them that can drop below the freezing point at times, so try to watch out for these when placing Vegenaise ® in your refrigerator.
