The barber himself would be a more risk than anyone since he would be exposed to the fresh blood. But the virus would be killed by exposure to the air. All razors and even combs should be sterilized between customers, always check if the are. But a Trimmer should not cut the skin and so would not be a risk. Unless the trimmer is sterilized between uses, it is possible to catch AIDS under certain conditions. If someone before you was HIV+ and got cut (drawing blood), then you sit down and the same happens to you, it is possible. Also, hepatitis B&C are possible. ... more
