Right now, no you cannot unless you are a minority. Your GPA is 2.4 based on those grades. You would have a decent chance if your GPA was 3.0 or above but anything below that and expect to get an envelope back from them containing only a single sheet of paper (rejection). Those 2 schools are some of the top rated schools in the United States continuously year after year. I’ve heard of Asians and Caucasians not getting in with 4.0 GPAs. You REALLY need to get your grades up higher. Another factor that is really important is a good after school effort plus club activities. Volunteer work looks good etc. Out of the 2 schools, UCLA is a bit easier to get into. USC is a real pain to get into without 3.8 GPA’s. With your current GPA, this is next to impossible. If you get solid A’s in your next 10 classes, your GPA will still only be a 3.2. Expect to pay about $30,000 easy from USC.
