Can I get the exact sequences recognised by the SALSA probes?

Yes. The Genbank sequence used and the ~20 nucleotides adjacent to the ligation site of the target sequence are often described in the probemix description. The complete sequence recognised by a specific probe can be requested by sending an e-mail to info@mlpa.com. Please indicate the reason for the request. Please note that any information on SNPs/splice variants present in sequences detected by our SALSA MLPA probes is greatly appreciated.
