No. A web map service serves information only as unintelligent images and does not provide vector data. Topography Layer is used in OnDemand to provide large-scale topographic images.I am licensed to view 1: 10 000 Scale Colour Raster, 1: 10 000 Scale Black & White Raster and OS Street View but only OS Streetview is visible after selecting the layers.Requesting all three 1: 10 000 raster products(1: 10 000 Scale Colour Raster, 1: 10 000 Scale Black & White Raster and OS Street View ) will result in slower response times and the service will default to show OS Streetview. When viewing 1:10 000 raster products you should only select one at a time and you must select the product that is suitable for your application.
