Can I give my dog human antibiotics for her bladder infection?

I have a 1 year old female brindle boxer (50 lbs) who seems to have a bladder infection. She is drinking the same amount of water as she usually does but she is urinating a lot more. She also seems to be less energetic then usually and has been quite irritable. I have cipro but I am not sure if it is safe to give her. The vets where I am stationed are all closed until Monday due to the holiday. What can I do or give her to make her comfortable until then??
