The best person to ask this question to is your doctor or a doctor. I am not sure, so please dont go by this, but I dont think having hyperthyroidism affects your chances of having children. Hyperthyroidism is a condition in which you have a thyroid that has increased activity. The thyroid plays a role in metabolism; therefore, people with this condition have a tendency to have a faster metabolism. But like I said before, ask your doctor, most likely the one who treated you for hyperthyroidism.
