Triple Chocolate Cookies, ingredients: 1/4 C butter, softened, 1/2 C dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup canola oil, 1 egg, 1 tspn vanilla extract, 1/2 C all-purpose flour, 1/2 C whole-wheat pastry flour, 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp salt, optional, 1/3 C c2/3 cup chopped pecans, optionaloarsely chopped dark chocolate, 2/3 C chopped pecans.
