Can I have a one-off Personal Training session, or one Personal Training session a month to improve my training or to get a new training programme?
Body Professionals enables their clients the freedom of training. Monthly Personal Training sessions are subject to an agreement with the Personal Trainer and the individual client. These training sessions are mainly reserved for individuals who have a high knowledge and understanding of fitness and training. If the Personal Trainer does not believe that you are of a sufficient training standard, they will advise you about a more suitable training structure, e.g. Training with a Personal Trainer once every week or once every two weeks. If you are someone who just wants some advice or further guidance with your training, or coaching on how to perform certain training techniques, then this service is available at the price of a single session.
