The legislation does allow for you to utilise both the on-site nursery and select childcare vouchers, however no matter how many children you have, you are limited to a maximum of 243 per months worth of childcare vouchers. . However if you and their spouse both work at the Trust or your spouse works at an employer who provides childcare vouchers then as a couple you would be able to benefit from the 243 maximum twice.
