You have to proove that the credit card company miss sold you the account or added charges that they did not tell you about beforehand etc. You don’t need to pay a company to do it for you, you can do it yourself, it is time consuming and a minefield, but success is limited due to the small print on all credit card company documents. But worth it to save on costs to someone else. The 90% success rate is dubious, so don’t take their word for it. Ask at any Citizens Advice Bureau they will help you and their service is FREE, but only if you have been miss sold a card account.
