Yes you can safely jump start Activa with a Car battery as Car battery has higher Ampere Rating. Just Connect Positive terminal of Car battery with positive terminal of scooter battery and then connect negative terminal of scooter battery to the car body unpainted part like screw. then Start scooter and remove the cables….youre done.
