Can i keep a komodo dragon in the uk?:?
Although its true that you can get a license to keep a dangerous animal like a komodo dragon, the fact of the matter is that there are very few of them in Britain, only a couple of zoos have them and they are next to impossible to get hold of privately. They are very difficult to breed and should be left in the hands of expert institutions only. Even if you were somehow capable of finding them, you’d need a zoo-exhibit sized enclosure, an extremely large prey source and they would likely cost around 5 figures each…I cant see them costing less than 10 grand and likely much, much more.
