Yes, use the “Print as Mask” feature to knockout the text, outlined box, or line. Then, create a duplicate field but uncheck “Print as Mask”, choose the color for that field, and place it directly over the “Print as Mask” field. To ensure you are placing it directly over the “Print as Mask” field, right-click on the fields and compare the X,Y Positions.
