Yes. You can list 2 or more subcontractors for the same item of work.. However, in order not to run afoul with the provisions in Sections 4104(b) and 4106 of the Public Contract Code, you have to describe in detail the specific work that each subcontractor will perfrom for that item of work. The desription should be written clearly in the Subcontractor List form.
