You have the choice of employing a dealer to send your handgun to another dealer through the U.S.P.S. or, you can send a handgun through UPS or FEDEX to a dealer using over-night service only. In addition a citizen must find a dealer willing to recieve a firearm from a non-dealer. Typically it will cost less to employ a dealer to mail a handgun for you. Longuns can be sent by anyone through any service as long as its sent to a dealer.
