No. Once you make your original stable selections (10 horses, 2 jockeys and 2 trainers), submit them, verify them, and activate five runners, you cannot go back and change any stable members. In short, those 10 horses, 2 jockeys and 2 trainers will be in your stable for the duration of the game.
