Can I map my RefSeq/UniGene/Ensembl etc. identifiers to UniProtKB accessions using QuickGO?

You can map between several identifiers using QuickGO. On the home page, click on ‘Find, view and download annotation’, this will bring up the entire UniProtKB-GOA database of annotations. In the ‘DB’ column, click on the blue filter box and select the identifier type you would like to map to, e.g. UniProtKB, Ensembl etc. Then in the ‘ID’ column click on the blue filter box and paste in your list of identifiers (the acceptable identifiers are shown in the filter box in the ‘DB’ column or in the answer to question 11 above). Click away from the box to see the results of your search.
