Certainly! Right-click the title bar of an open command window and click Properties. Set the colors, font, window size, etc. When you Save, you’ll be asked whether it applies only to this window or all windows opened using the same shortcut. Alternatively, you can right-click the shortcut, click Properties, and do the same thing.
