The schools in Philippines have two semesters per year. At the end of each semester, the students must submit their semester transcripts to the Foundation for consideration of continual funding. The coordinator and the school are responsible for supervision and the use of the fund. They will also submit a report to the Foundation on the progress of the students who receive the fund.
