Yes, and it’s fairly easy to do. Simply use a sharp kitchen knife and carefully insert the edge into the seam that separates the two halves and gently pry apart. Air-Tites can be re-opened numerous time, but keep in mind that after a few openings the seal will not be as tight when reclosed.
