Can I open up the bag and dump the contents into a phosphate reactor?
i see no problem with this other than you are wasting your money buying chem-pure elite and using it like this, for around $20 you can find a gallon of activated carbon pellets and then get some rowaphos or other generic GFO, and filling up your reactor, it would be a lot cheaper than spending $12 or $20 dlls per bag to fill up the reactor, and also they only contain a small portion of GFO wich is the element that reduces phosphate, containing mostly carbon… just my opinion, hope it helps…
