No, the CC&Rs s section 4.6 state that you may not park any of those vehicles on your property nor on any public adjacent streets unless they are either parked in your garage or on your side or back yard behind an ARC approved screened area where no portion of the vehicle can project from the screened area. Just because you see another home owner violating this rule does not mean you can! Violations will be subject to daily fines. Further, Wilsonville city code section 5.210 prohibits unattached trailers from being parked on public streets as well as various vehicle parking rules. Note: The WMHOA CC&R’s may be more stringent than City Codes or visa versa. Always read both and follow the most stringent rule(s) in place.
