Can I prevent transactions with certain transaction codes from integrating with QuickBooks?

Yes. The Integrate with QuickBooks check box in the Transaction Code data entry program controls which transaction codes will integrate with QuickBooks. This check box must be selected in Tabs3/PracticeMaster in order for a transaction with that transaction code to integrate with QuickBooks.
