Q: How do I check the balance of my Gift Card or E-Gift Card? A: You can check your card balance online here or by calling 1-800-344-9743. You will be asked to provide your Gift Card or E-Gift Card number through either method. Q: Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card or E-Gift Card? A: Domestications is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. Please treat these cards with the same security methods as you would with cash. Q: How long does it take for the recipient to receive their E-Gift Card?
