Can I purchase the Navionics charts from a source other than X-Traverse.com for use with MacENC?
Only genuine Navionics charts, subscribed to from www.x-traverse.com are compatible with MacENC. Charts on Navionics Plug-and Play media will not work with MacENC. Charts purchased from iTunes as part of the Navionics Viewer App will not work with MacENC. Fugawi Marine ENC users may choose either downloadable charts from X-Traverse.com or official Navionics Plug-and-Play media such as CF or SD card. Q: Can I transfer these charts to and SD or CF card for use with a Navionics compatible chart plotter? A: No. The charts downloaded from X-Traverse.com can NOT be copied to a CF or SD card for use in a Navionics supported chart plotter.
