Yes, you can request a Stop Check on one or on a series of your HSBC checks, right through Internet Banking. This convenient benefit helps speed the stop check process and eliminates phone calls, waiting in line or making a special trip to the branch. Simply select “Customer Service” from the left navigation on your Internet Banking “Account Summary” screen. Then select “Request a Stop Check.” You will be able to put a stop on a single check or on a series of your HSBC checks. You’ll also be able to view up to 400 Stop Check requests per checking account.
