Can i put female betta in with mollies, cardinal tetras, and a rainbow shark?
1) The answer is…it depends. Putting a betta, whether male or female, in a community tank is a crapshoot, due to the wide variety of their personalities. Putting them in as the last fish is the best way to get a betta to settle into the tank with the least disturbances. Female bettas are also less territorial than male bettas, making this a more likely possibility that it will work. However, what size tank do you have? I wouldn’t keep a rainbow shark in a a community tank that’s less than thirty gallons. Also, you need at least two more cardinal tetras. 2) A betta will build a bubble nest when he wants to build a bubble nest, filter bubbles or no. Don’t worry about it.
