Yes, if you get invited to a meeting, or sent an email as part of a large meeting group, you can quickly setup a distribution list without having to check the members or manually create it: • Select or open a mail message addressed to the group you wish to create the distibution list for. • Then from the menus click Action > More > Add Recipients to Contact Group. • In the Add Sender to Contacts Group dialog enter a name for the group, and confirm the membership of the group. (Remove the tick next to a name if you do not want them to be part of the group). • For Group Type, select Mail only if the group list is only to be used for mailing purposes. If you intend to also grant the group access to your calendar then select Multi-purpose. • Click OK to save the new contact group (distribution list).
