Can I re-use NimbleGen CGH arrays?
Roche NimbleGen offers a NimbleGen Array Reuse Kit that enables the stripping of NimbleGen CGH arrays so that they can be re-hybridized with newly-labeled test and reference genomic DNA. The success of array re-use is highly variable, depending on sample composition and hybridization conditions. Therefore, Roche NimbleGen does not guarantee the performance of the NimbleGen Array Reuse Kit.
