A. DVDs are rented in their original boxes with all of the DVD promotional information still intact. Customers can swipe their card to see a DVD and review it for 10 minutes while deciding if they want to rent that particular title. If they choose to replace the DVD within 10 minutes, their card is not charged. This action can be done repeatedly.
