Yes, but it may affect the gelation time. The gelation time of the Extracel hydrogels is very pH sensitive – a change of just a few tenths in pH can alter the gelation time by several minutes. For, example if the cell culture media decreases the pH by 0.2, it will increase the gelation time by ~ 10 minutes.
