Can I refund or exchange the items i ordered?
Goods sold are non-refundable.We allow exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. Customers can only exchange for items if:-The design, size or colour of item we delivered is not what you have ordered.- If the size you have ordered does not fit. Products returned must still be in original packaging and not worn or washed before. Items can only be exchanged to a different size (subject to availability) or with a higher price item with top up. Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.
