Can I report on the total number of days taken from the point of initial contact with the Authority to the date on which the adaptation work is complete?
While the point is a valid one, the concern is that we still need an auditable method of proving completion of works which is comparable across all authorities. It is a matter which is being addressed by the Private Sector Renewal Reference Group, who will research alternatives.PLEASE NOTE: it is proposed that for 2007/08 this PI is amended so that the date of issue of the certificate of satisfactory completion is issued is taken as the final date of the reporting period.
