Can I run my Quickdraw engine in salt water or is that too stressful for it?

Salt water doesn’t create any extra stress, however after each run day you have to remove the head button and clean out the head bolt holes and relube the threads and then put the head button back on. If you don’t do this, the head bolts will corrode in and you will never get them out without breaking them all. As far as the bottom end goes, you should always drench it with Wurth Rost-Off through the intake port and rotate the engine so it gets everywhere. If you dunk it on the last run, you would ruin any engine if you put it away wet. Taking the cylinder off and lubing everything is not really necessary anymore, but filling it with Rost off should happen after each time you run it if you are running it in salt water. If you are running it in fresh water and you do not dunk the engine, it is not necessary to fill it with Rost Off when you are done.
