Synopsis You wish to send email confirmation receipts in HTML format in order to display your company logo. Solution From your Admin Area -> Tools -> Account Setup -> Global Settings, scroll down to the bottom and locate the field “Send HTML Order Email?” Set this field to ‘YES’. • If there is only a Half-Length Image, this logo will display on the printable receipt, as well as on the Email Confirmation Email. • If there is a Half-Length Image as well as a Full-Length Image, the Full-Length Image will display on the printable receipt. Note: If this feature is enabled, “Custom Email Messages” will not be sent. Custom Email Messages are configured under Events -> Events Profile -> Advanced Settings -> Manage Custom Messages.
