If you owned a mobile home and were registered on title to the land on which the mobile home was located and at any time you lived in the mobile home as your principal residence, then you would not qualify for the First Time Home Buyers exemption on a subsequent purchase. If you owned and lived in a mobile home which was located on a rental pad and you didnt own the land then yes you may be eligible to claim the First Time Home Buyers exemption on a subsequent purchase.
