Yes. You may take your multivitamins while using the Insulite MetaX System, however not with the GlucX. Because it is a soluble fiber, the GlucX may interfere with the absorption of vitamins (and any other medications). To be safe, we recommend that GlucX is taken at least an hour before meals.
