Can I sue an ob/gyn doctor or the clinic for lack of treatment?
I went to this ob/gyn clinic to get a pregnancy test the pregnancy test came back positive they scheduled me for the following wk for an ultrasound to see how far along I was, I went the next wk n they told me I was almost 11wks which is almost 3 months n there they also told me I had a UTI(urinary tract infection) and a cyst in one of my ovaries so they gave me a 7 day treatment to treat the UTI I went back a month after for my follow up n they did the same tests they do and I still had the UTI the doc. said that they were not going to give me anything else saying that that they were going to wait and see if it would go away on its own and scheduled me again for my 1 month follow up well a few days later my water broke n I had a misscarriage.
