Can I take amoxicillin with paracetamol, ibuprofen & diphenhydramine hydrochloride (sleeping aid)?
no there will be no problem Paracetamol is a pain suppressor, ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory they can be taken together… amoxicillin is just an antibiotic and the latter is Antihistamine.. none of which affect the same area of the body besides the 2 pain suppressing ones… however where paracetamol affects the spine, ibuprofen works around the head for optimum pain relief… You can take them all together but not with alcohol, antibiotics have a wierd reaction to alcohol. It is a known fact that at one given time you can take the following measures: 1000mg Paracetamol 500mg Ibuprofen 30mg Codeine Phosphate without any damage to yourself… besides codeine’s sedative affect.
