Can I take starflower oil as well as evening primrose?

0

I used to take evening primrose oil capsules for breast pain, but found out that starflower oil had a much higher level of gamolenic acid than the primrose oil capsules, so I switched to that. It would be a waste of money to buy both so I would definitely buy the starflower oil capsules, speak to a herbalist and they will tell you which strength to get. If you can only get hold of the lower strength you can of course take more capsules to make up the dosage needed. I have taken them for 20 years and used to get them on prescription. But since the new laws came in that said all natural remedies MAY help different conditions, I have had to buy my own, as they said it was not proven that they work. I know they work.
