Can I translate DWG or DXF data using PRO600 feature codes?

Yes. Using a new utility from LH Systems, PRO600 users now have the ability to fully exploit the PRO600 feature code number when translating between MicroStation DGN and AutoCAD DWG or DXF formats. This new utility – PRODXF – extends the existing MicroStation DWG/DXF translators with a look-up table between feature code number and AutoCAD layer name, thus overcoming the design file limitation of mapping to only 63 layers. PRODXF can be downloaded from the LH Systems FTP site. It is available for the Windows platform only. Versions are provided both for PRO600 v4.1 and PRO600 v4.2 users, and there are separate versions for MicroStation SE and MicroStation/J. The appropriate version of PRODXF can be downloaded from one of these locations: PRODXF for PRO600 v4.2 / MicroStation SE: ftp://ftp.lh-systems.com/software/PRO600/PRO600_v42/prodxf_v42_msse.exe PRODXF for PRO600 v4.2 / MicroStation/J: ftp://ftp.lh-systems.com/software/PRO600/PRO600_v42/prodxf_v42_msj.exe PRODXF for PRO600 v4.1 / Mi
