Without a doubt this can be considered the # one FAQ of any recruiting agency. The cardinal rule of the recruiting world should and must be CONFIDENTIALITY……without anonymity….and without trust, there can never exist a successful business relationship. The “lawyer/ client confidentiality” that we share, and offer all whom we speak with has been the driving force of our success. We don’t broadcast…..we don’t name-drop…..but we do respect and value the meaning of confidence and trust.
