Can I use a non-UEA e-mail account to read Blackboard mail?

You cannot change your e-mail address on the Blackboard system. However, you can forward your UEA e-mail to another address (see http://www.uea.ac.uk/itcs/services/email/forwarding/ for instructions). If you have done this and find that no UEA e-mail is being delivered to your non-UEA e-mail account, check with ITCS Help Desk that the forwarding is set up properly. Please note that all students are required to check their UEA e-mail regularly.
