Any coil and shaft configuration electric motor is an electrical generator. This goes back to Tesla. Just spin the shaft and voltmeter will tell you the voltage you are getting out of the electrical input (now output). You will need to mess with gear ratios on the input and a transformer on the output to get the power configuration you want but this is very doable.
