Can I use cartoon characters or other exisiting images in my art design?
All work must be original work. Use of copyrighted material is prohibited – including the use of cartoon characters, etc. Any work believed to be plagiarized will not be accepted. Be creative, be ethical. Plagiarism is defined as taking and using another person’s ideas or writing or inventions as one’s own.
