Aside from the problem of smoke, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are given as charcoal burns. CO (carbon monoxide) is really nasty stuff. It takes the place of oxygen on hemoglobin molecules and does not let go. So if you are exposed to enough CO, you will die of oxygen deficiency. Our recommendations is to never barbecue or grill indoors, especially in an RV.
