Can I use my old customer numbers (CSN, Client ID, etc) to register for MetaLink 3?
Customer numbers (Customer Support Numbers-CSNs, Client IDs, etc.) used on previous Customer Support portals (SupportWeb, Hyperion E-Support, etc.) have been replaced by Support Identifiers. To gain access to MetaLink 3, you will need to have a current support contract. Each customer number (CSN, Client ID) has been mapped to a Support Identifier number that identifies your maintenance level and contract duration. This new number is the key that provides access to MetaLink 3. If you do not know your Support Identifier number, please contact Global Customer Care for assistance. If you are a partner, please contact your local Oracle PartnerNetwork Interaction Center to obtain your Support Identifier number.
